I read good things about callanetics! I've been searching for toning exercises and not cardio because I do not need to lose more fat. I just need extreme toning XD. I wish I could just move my fat into areas that need it the most, my butt for exemple. SO FLAT. == after a few hours sitting on uni's chair, I suffer so much that I begin to get mad at the teacher for taking too long. It claims that after 10h of callanetics, you will looker 10 years younger, which is obviously not going to happen with me... hopefully. I am very impatient with people that I am close with and having a hearing problem doesn't help. I wish I can buy something to put in my ear so I can finally hear with both ears! Today I watched a bunch of North Korea related videos, it made me sad. My posts are always so pointless and unorganized, wow ):
